Description
Crafted at a historic tea farm in Wazuka, Kyoto. Carefully roasted tencha stems, leaves, and bancha give this Hojicha a light body, rich roasted aroma, toasted-nut and caramel notes, and a delicate smoky finish. Limited seasonal production.
Ingredients
100% Roasted Japanese Green Tea from Wazuka, Kyoto. Naturally contains L-Theanine, Amino Acids, Polyphenols and Catechins. Naturally lower in caffeine than matcha, with a smooth, mellow character. JAS Certified Organic.

Instructions
- Add 2–3g to a cup. Sift if necessary. Add warm water (no more than 80°C / 176°F) and whisk in a W motion.
- Best served as a warm latte.
